     Here's the "thing." We all have things to do and places to be....But......sometimes we just get in our own way. Why? Maybe we got distracted: by life, by others, by hardship, by stress, a big life event, living in the "I should," or maybe you are living a life that makes you ask "How the He** did I get here!" There are a ton of reasons for life's unraveling. I get it. Sometimes we get lost. We get set on a course that we believe is the right one, the thing to do. For whatever reasons "those" are. And then....We wake up one day and things change. Your relationships, your health, your career, your marriage, your goals.....YOU! (And that is OK!) Enter coaching....

        It is important to me to help you find your way to heal within your life, without the stigma of a label or diagnosis. I want to help you play big, stand in your power, and truly experience life and wellbeing. Too often we define our lives on the perceptions of others and the "should's" of others. We experience scarcity instead of joy and operate in fear instead of faith. Let's work together on your journey to wellness. We have lots of options! Let's GO!

REGARDING INSURANCE: Being Balanced LLC does not submit or issue diagnosis codes or service codes to insurance companies. All services are fee for service. Wellness Coaching is not covered by insurance. Brain Coaching is not covered by insurance. This is not a medical service. 


Cost: Dr. Leslie offers Wellness coaching on a per hour ($250.00 per hour) or within Wellness Packages (Saving you Money! for 5 sessions for $1,200.00)

The synergy between your coach and you creates momentum and enthusiasm by providing you with positive support, feedback, tools, and encouragement. Your autonomy is always respected, and while your coach might challenge you to think differently or suggest that you try a different or even more radical approach to something than you normally would, you must decide whether or not to take the advice.

 Coaching is NOT therapy. (If you are looking for therapy, we are happy to provide referrals). 

It is not meant for treating mental health concerns and your coach will not diagnose you. A coach works with you to identify and work through obstacles, fears and perceived limitations for making positive changes in your life. Your coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Your coach will help you develop new skills and strategies for attaining your goals and provide you with a structure of positive support and encouragement while teaching you to stay accountable to yourself..

Coaching is for those who want to improve their lives and need a support to do so. Maybe you want to reach a goal but have not been shown how to do so. Maybe you just feel stuck in the day to day and need to break free. Maybe you are looking for an alternative to the same old way of doing things. Coaching can be for you!  Our coaches focus on self improvement, neuro-divergence, wellness, nutrition, brain health, and couples health. Specialties are available for those seeking personal growth in executive function, cognitive function, parenting, attachment, relationship improvement,  and many other areas.

Coaching typically works best with a weekly call so you  have time to integrate new ways of thinking and behaving in between sessions. Most coaching can be done in person, by phone or by video conference in half-hour to one-hour blocks. The experience is challenging and uplifting. You’ll look forward to your weekly calls with your coach.
